Our Ministries and Activities

Ladies Ministry

5:00 pm-6:00 pm—Our ladies and girls meet once a month on the second Sunday of the month, at the church (right before the last service of the day) and have a time of
devotion/Bible study, and fellowship. This is open to ladies and girls of all ages.
Occasionally, we also go out to dinner together. In May, we usually have a Ladies
Luncheon either at the church, or we’ll go out. Throughout the year we may gather to watch a movie or have another event where we can fellowship.

Church Activities

5th Sunday Fellowship

12:00 pm-1:00 pm—During months that have five Sundays, we have a potluck fellowship in the basement of our church, on the 5th Sunday. The church usually provides the meat,
coffee, tea and/or lemonade and the members provide side dishes and desserts. This gives us all a wonderful time to reconnect and reflect on God’s goodness to us. After our
potluck, we go back upstairs to our sanctuary for our afternoon service from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm, in lieu of our evening service. Our afternoon service is usually a time of singing, and praise, and sharing testimonies, and a time of devotion.

Throughout the year, we try to have other activities we can enjoy as a church family, such as game nights or movie nights, ice cream fellowships, going bowling; going to see a
hockey game or baseball game. We go to the local Pumpkin Patch in October annually, which is so much fun! If schedules and weather permit, we have a New Year’s Eve party at the Pastor’s house or church.
